John Connaughton
John P. Connaughton has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital Partners, LLC since 1997 and a member of the firm since 1989. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Connaughton was a consultant at Bain & Company, Inc., where he worked in the health care, consumer products and business service industries. Mr. Connaughton received a B.S. degree in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Business where he was a Baker Scholar.
